Lower Bohemia is Strawberry's most enigmatic neigborhood. Mostly undeveloped, it is heavily wooded, and the residents of Lower Bohemia live in houses they've had to build almost entirely on their own. It's a neighborhood of underground artists, disaffected Repetitionists, and anyone else who generally feels they don't fit in with the rest of the population.

Social gathering and artistic endeavors take place spontaneously in Lower Bo, and there are next to no formal establishments where residents congregate. The only landmark in the area is an old cathedral, located in the eastern section. The history of the cathedral is largely unknown and speculative, as Strawberry has a nearly non-existent Christian population, and Lower Bohemians are even more unorthodox in their beliefs than most others.
