Eastport is an industrial neighborhood located on the northeast side of the island. It is a financially depressed neighborhood, and not very residential. Many of the residents of Eastport live as squatters in abandoned buildings, and more traditional housing is generally comprised of row houses that run side by side in uniform patterns over several blocks.

Eastport is well known for being home to the Repetitionists, particularly those Repetitionists associated with the philosopher Sadat. The most popular watering hole in Eastport is The Map Room, a divey bar in the northern section of the neighborhood.
