The Arts District is the cultural center of Strawberry. It's where residents come to see the latest local theater, conduct research, hobnob with others, and to see an be seen. It is located on the eastern side of the island, just below Eastport and north of Lower Bohemia. The architecture in the Arts District is heavily influenced by Greek and Roman architecture, and the wide tree-lined avenues are atypical of most of Strawberry's quaint, cozy neighborhoods.

The Arts District has several large landmarks. Faustus Theater is the main theater-house on the island, where residents can see plays, concerts, pageants and ceremonies. The Building of Records serves as a library for the residents of the island, as well as an invaluable research center. The neighborhood offers dozens of restaurants and watering holes, mostly middle to upper scale. While these are well-heeled social centers, they lack the local flavor of most of Strawberry's restaurants and bars, because the Arts District is non-residential.
